ba33 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ba33 ("ba33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at ba33.io. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ba33 website, mobile platform, all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and any other services made available by ba33 (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process and creating a ba33 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the ba33 Platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all players accessing ba33 from Bangladesh and supersede any prior oral or written representations, agreements, or understandings between you and ba33. The English-language version of this Agreement is the controlling version. In the event of any conflict between the English-language version and any translation, the English text shall prevail.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register a ba33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ba33 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the ba33 Platform, or any other online gambling platform, for fraud, collusion, or rules violation.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, coercion, or any condition that impairs your capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. ba33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration.

3Account Management

Once your ba33 account is registered and verified, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. The following rules apply to the ongoing management of your account:

3.1 Login Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with, disclosed to, or used by any other person. ba33 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ba33 support immediately via the live chat service in your account dashboard.

3.2 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Any change to your registered mobile number or email address must be reported to the ba33 support team and may require re-verification of your identity. ba33 will not be responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals caused by outdated account information.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ba33 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining verified balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal processing checks. ba33 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ba33 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform, following advance notification to the registered email address or mobile number.

4KYC Verification

ba33 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme to confirm the identity and age of all players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. ba33 may also request KYC documentation at any stage during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to when your cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold.

Acceptable KYC documents for players in Bangladesh include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh Passport — must be within its validity period
• Bangladesh Driving Licence — must display date of birth and photograph

In addition to identity documents, ba33 may request proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet showing your name and number) and proof of source of funds where required.

ba33 will not share your KYC documentation with any third party except where required by applicable law or regulation. All documents are stored securely and deleted in accordance with the ba33 data retention policy set out in the Privacy Policy.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ba33 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba33 does not currently accept international credit cards, debit cards, or bank wire transfers from individual players.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger enhanced KYC checks. Deposits are credited to your ba33 wallet balance immediately upon confirmed receipt from your mobile wallet provider. ba33 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. ba33 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. During peak periods or following security review triggers, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

ba33 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documentation is pending review
• A bonus wagering requirement attached to deposited funds has not been met
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or rules violation
• There is a chargeback or payment dispute associated with the account

ba33 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile wallet provider once funds have been released from the ba33 system. All withdrawal disputes must be raised with the ba33 support team within 30 days of the original withdrawal request date.

6Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ba33 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet promotions, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a lower rate than standard slots. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: ba33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any winnings generated from a bonus, and suspend any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity ba33 determines to be in breach of the spirit of these terms.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on ba33 are subject to the ba33 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of betting matters. ba33 reserves the right to void any bet that is accepted in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds.

7.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer games, are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). ba33 acts as the platform operator and does not control the outcome of any game supplied by a third-party provider. Game results are determined by certified random number generation systems or live dealer processes as applicable.

7.3 Aviator

Aviator, developed by Spribe, is a crash-format game in which the multiplier increases until the round ends. The game outcome is determined by Spribe's certified provably fair algorithm. ba33 does not influence any Aviator game outcome. Players acknowledge the inherent volatility of crash games and accept that all bets placed in Aviator are final once the round begins.

7.4 Rummy

Rummy games offered on ba33 are governed by the specific rules published in the Rummy section of the Platform. Points, Pool, and Deals formats are available. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each format before participating. ba33 reserves the right to void any Rummy hand or session where a technical error is found to have materially affected the game outcome.

7.5 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, ba33 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard condition applicable to all games on the Platform. ba33 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8Responsible Gaming

ba33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered ba33 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been logged in continuously for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which their account will be suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform on your behalf without ba33's express written authorisation
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform
• Laundering funds through the ba33 Platform or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing Platform restrictions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ba33 staff or other players in any communication channel
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Any other activity that ba33 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or sporting event

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ba33 Platform — including but not limited to the ba33 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ba33 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ba33.

Game content, audio, visual assets, and mathematics provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used by ba33 under licence. Unauthorised use of such content is strictly prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical malfunction, game error, or Platform outage
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain login security
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your mobile wallet provider
• Interruptions in Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or force majeure events
• Decisions made by ba33 to void bets or games in accordance with the rules set out in this Agreement

ba33's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall in no event exceed the total amount of funds held in your ba33 account at the time the incident occurred. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit ba33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy and Data

ba33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the ba33 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data ba33 collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights with respect to your personal data.

ba33 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Your data is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance. ba33 may share data with third-party service providers where strictly necessary to deliver the Platform's services, subject to binding data processing agreements.

13Amendments to These Terms

ba33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations — ba33 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by publishing the updated terms on this page and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying you via your registered mobile number or email address.

Minor amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause, or updates required by changes in law, may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ba33 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept a material change to these terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

14Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms set out herein. ba33 operates as an international online gaming platform and makes no representation that the Platform, or any content on it, is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and ba33 in connection with your use of the Platform, you should first contact the ba33 customer support team via live chat in your account dashboard. ba33 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of a formal dispute being raised. ba33's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be final, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, ba33 will cooperate in good faith with any recognised alternative dispute resolution process proposed by the player, provided that such process is conducted in English and that the player has first exhausted ba33's internal dispute resolution procedure.
